How To Register
Most players will want to register for the Denver Summer League. (Registration Form: doc pdf)
Denver Summer League fees are $45.00 for UPA members and $65.00 for non-UPA members.
If you live in Boulder, you may want to register for the Boulder Division of the Summer League instead. (Registration Form: doc pdf)
Boulder Division fees are $40.00 for UPA members and $60.00 for non-UPA members.
More advanced players may also wish to register for the Youth Club Championship. Selection for this team requires a tryout or coach recommendation. (Registration Form: doc pdf)

Registrations must be accompanied by a UPA waiver and release of liability, and a UPA medical authorization form. Both of these can be found and downloaded at the Ultimate Players Association web site. See you out there!
